Sorry for all the confusion, its a great portrait pack!
At least my quick test ( with use of console commands) does not show clear symptom.
Have you try the Alter Crystalite? It should acted as normal lithoid.
Anyway, my alternative solution is to mimic my "Alternate Neptunia and Anime Girls Portraits".
Move portrait files into that and leave custom trait on other mod.
As for portrait, I did add "Alter Crystalite" as separate species class without modded trait.
I really don't want to create separate mod. Too much trouble updating.
..but I don't get the chest part though.
-and I don't mean the ones on her chest.
As for original sources, .....I lost track.
Please report to me if you encounter any problem. I will take silence as no issue.
Also, I intend to adjust my other portrait set as well.
Currently I cannot enable this mod on my lab-top which is very odd. Please let me know if you have same problem. Although, I'm not sure how to fix it.
(Right now I fix it by make a new mod and copy files into it )
