One in a million, the Face Posing also gives the NPC Facial animations (blinking, screaming, talking). Perfect Addon:steamhappy:, I wish for more in the future.

You can easily create shape keys from poses in Blender, in this case the character's face rig, using the "Apply as shape key" button in the modifiers tab.
