This is a known issue with all the mods that provide source of resources for construction office. This problem is not unique to this mod and not the author’s fault. It’s a know. Issue that developers are aware of, and hopefully will fix soon!

building the facility was not the issue, the issue is the CO will not recognize it as a valid facility to pickup asphalt....nice try, but your mods don't work as they should...go fix it

There is an assign issue to CO's at the moment. Will updated issue has been corrected by DEV & workshop bug.
