This is probably due to the league set up. After the first season in FM14, the 4th division disappears (due to newly implemented changes where the league has been disolved and the 3rd division has expanded with the 5th division being raised up the the 4th etc).

how do i download this?

I cant get this to work with Italy have done many other countries but wont work with italy, i dont get any league fixtures

Not sure quite whats going on with these atm, but I've got them downloaded and installed but not showing up. Some dev recommended creating a blank challenge in the editor to generate a config.xml... but still, no dice.

However, I've since stumbled across a way to get them in. No idea why this worked, but hey.... all the best solutions are random eh :P

All I did was rename the files in "C:\Users\YourUserName\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2014\challenges" by adding a ' 1' to the end and bingo bango they showed up.
example 'bottom_division_favourites_english' becomes 'bottom_division_favourites_english 1' . DO NOT RENAME 'CONFIG.XML'!

Hope this helps some other people out!

Nope still not there.

Those unable to see the Challenge after downloading and installing, please follow the above workaround. We are looking to resolve this problem soon:

Load the Editor
Go to Challenges -> Create Challenge
You don't need to add anything here, go to Challenges -> Save Challenge
Then go to challenges folder
Config will be there
Delete the challenge you created.
Load FM -> Challenges -> Your challenge will show.

That didn't work.

Any users having trouble with the Challenges afer install, this may occur if you are already iin the FMC Skin.

Can you please go to Preferences -> Interface
Tick "Reload Skin on Confirm"
Confirm Changes
Go to Challenges from Start Screen
It will now be visible

We are aware of this and are looking into this issue.

Subscribed to three of these and all have downloaded, none appear in the challenges section on the game.

They are all in the Challenges folder in the documents/etc etc. Im sure they are not suppose to go in there.

It's installed in game, but I can't access it on the challenge menu. Am I doing something wrong?

Go to Subscribe, and select Install. Reduced size of description thats caused this.
