Hey, can someone tell me what is up with the DAS' spherical coverage system? When I try to activate it, it stays online for a couple of seconds then says "AIM-120 Missiles Depleted" and deactivates itself again. It looks to me like an amazing system but well, that is my issue. Any ideas?

is there a predicted time for when the next mod pack will come out?

@munchiesnOOb if you want to see more communication from us then join our discord, we're active daily there and have dev updates and all that jazz, I personally tend to not respond to steam comments as majority of the time I have already responded to them somewhere else on steam and cbs responding to the same question that has already been said

I don't want this to come across as anger or entitlement because it REALLY isn't. I'm really excited over this mod and just concerned, that's all. To hear that it's still being worked on absolutely quells those concerns, though, which is good.

I'm not denying that you're working hard. Look bro you gotta understand that from our perspective, we are getting basically no updates as far as letting us know where the mod is. There are entire games that have been created in half the time it's taken to get one plane working, and considering how much it happens nowadays even with triple A titles, it's just kind of expected that projects that go silent are dead.

Like, it's totally fine, you guys take your time. This is a personal project, we're not paying you, take as long as you need and make sure that ♥♥♥♥ is polished. But when we're receiving no real communication, we can't help but be worried.

Is the code really that different? I'm a gun guy, not a coding guy, so I'll take your word for it.

The AC-130 in its current state IS NO WHERE the same as the blackfish code. If it was then it wouldn't be an AC-130 >.> We have personally looked at the blackfish code multiple times in hopes to find some solutions to our problems but alas, they're 2 separate vehicles in the end, different characteristics, different model, different everything.

we are working as hard as we can, along side our real jobs to push the AC-130 out ASAP. Yes you may see us posting dev updates, but there is a lot under the surface that is broken that we don't show. As soon as we get it up to a point that we are happy with, it will be released! If we were to release the AC-130 in it's current state, I can assure you that there would be a massive backlash from the community as well as a billion messages such as yours stating why isn't X fixed yet. We are aware of the issues and are trying to fix them first before we got said messages about why X isn't fixed >.>

It's a douche thing to say? It's a douche thing to state the obvious, in that we've heard ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ on the project and it's been years? It's a douche thing to point out that the AC-130 already worked in the past and they're just soooooooooooooooo busy slightly tuning number with the planes that are in that they can't just bring back the old 130?

How about I take a ♥♥♥♥ on a plate and give it to you for free. Can't complain since it's free, right?

Everyone requesting planes didn't even take the time to read the forum thread but are requesting the modders to sink in hour and hours of work.

I just hope they come eventually. Even if they're WIP, it's just been so long since I started following this project that it feels like vaporware at this point. The Blackfish's code could surely be repurposed somehow to make it simple to add, especially considering the amount of work they've put into the other aircraft we're seeing.

To be totally fair, while I do like the mod as is, it just doesn't offer much over other aircraft mods when we still haven't seen these specialty aircraft. On top of that, it's my understanding that the older ArmAholic version did have the 130, is that not correct?

The B2, B1, F16, E3, F35B, AC-130, and F-35C are all planned. Please stop pestering them. The HH-60 is already in game, and the current content is being patched to remove bugs and add new features.

So ... you've worked on planes that are already in-game (F35, F22 etc) but you got rid of the most incredible planes of the USAF ... the C5 Galaxy, E3 Sentry and the B1B and B2 ... :O are you working on them now or they will never be in this pack again ? if so ... please drop the old files of these beauties ... PLEASE!

@Rocketeer097 I think the only reason people are bombarding with those questions is that there has been no real "update" per say upon an estimated release or if they even still plan on releasing the aircraft people are requesting. I believe it to be wrong that people constantly ask these questions with no real idea of how things go on behind the scenes, but their questions are somewhat warranted given the little news in almost three months.

Also as a sidenote, stop requesting the B-52. It won't be added. Period.

Will you guys be ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ patient? For god sakes, this is still in development. You'll get your AC-130/B-1/B-2 when it's released so quit bombarding (no pun intended) the devs. It won't make it release any quicker, it'll just annoy the ♥♥♥♥ out of them.

Admitting that I enjoy the thought of a USAF side of ARMA I wish that there would be more to ARMA focusing on Aviation and Servers to join that provide amazing content and enjoyability.
