This is incredible work considering the source. If you ever want to expand it, jake junior from Adventure Time has the same voice actress, maybe you could nab some stuff from there.

Based only on the video - wow! For have the source from the TV the sound is really clean. Good job. Now I really want a mod of child soldiers to utilize this VP.

Noticed something -- When I go through my SPARK voice list, I'm able to see male-female suffixes (just a simple M or F in parentheses) to help differentiate voicepacks, and Louise is tagged as male. It seems to generate properly for female soldiers (and a militia member I believe) so I'm not sure why it's marked as a dude voice for my SPARK. Not causing any problems, just an observation.

There's very little of that. One reference to Gene, but that can be explained away. Lots of people know someone named Gene. Lol

Adding the radio effect involves equalizing volume, which makes any background noise much worse. I tried it and it's not worth it.

C'mon you know the drill, radio effect? Any immersion breaking lines? Also, that episode with the girl scouts when they say 2-5-7, if Louise says that solo at any point that would be kinda fitting.

After a mission with this, you could definitely stand to increase the volume. She's SO so quiet, I could barely hear her over the combat music, and I already turn the music down to about half of the default setting.
