You have to ensure that the link you calculated matches up exactly with the logfile, (it is case-sensitive) and it's very easy to make a mistake. Also note that when the bomb is no longer active the links will no longer work. If you are certain this is in fact an error, there's a channel in the KTANE Discord specifically for reports like this.

It's a great module that brings many fun things together.

That being said, I did the module once and got a link that didn't work. Checking the log file (https://ktane.timwi.de/lfa#file=ec465f3e3e979d0d8af2fc93178201bd37cb3732) , I did get the right link but it doesn't work. Just wanted to share if it wasn't a problem on my end.
