For anyone wanting to use this in 1.9.3

So long as this mod has been configured for 1.9, just go into your steam files => Workshop, then find your HOI file. If you're in the right place it's marked by a series of numbers. Then, find the mod folder (Should be met with the mod ID, aka the end of the workshop URL.)
Then, go to the descriptor file, and change supported_version= (or version=, I'm not 100%) to the current version of the game.


This may break the mod, it may not. I'm not 100% on what's been changed these past few updates, however as long as it's been configured for 1.9, it should be fine.

Also although entirely optional, I think it'd be an improvement if you can add some flavor texts to the tooltips of the various focuses, even the base game focuses are missing theirs and it boggles me as to why.

I understand if you don't though, just that it adds to the immersion and help gives the players a sense of direction as to what the focus entails aside from the effects part.

And although possibly a bug unique to my game, since I only have the base game, the decision "Realize Roman Ambitions" did not appear after completing the focus "Pax Romana", I wonder if this is just a bug, or is something only exclusive to those who have the "Waking the Tiger" dlc? Or maybe something only exclusive to a Fascist Italy? As I switched to Non-Aligned following the "House of Savoy" focus to get the extra non-core manpower. Either way if it is, I hope it'll be addressed and fix, considering one of the major factors I downloaded this mod was to form the Roman Empire in base game.

Lastly, whenever I justify war, I seem to be getting a surplus of the standard "Speak out against" events. It's not just one time, or twice, but even thrice at times of the same country in the same format, I don't know if this is unique to your mod, as I've only played around 4 games as Italy before downloading this, but I thought I should let you know.

I dont know if you know about this, but I feel like I should post my experience with your mod, and some bugs that came with it.

First, it's the "War with [Nation]" focuses, many of the focuses can't be bypassed after you annex the country or have been annexed by other countries. And this leads to several problems, as future "War with [Nation]" focuses require former focuses to be complete before being unlockable, thus forcing you to declare war the old fashion way. France comes to mind, especially as Italy they are the best target early game to become a superpower. It'd be helpful if you can fix the ability to bypass these "War with [Nation]" focuses so we're not locked out of things like the "Lisbon Conference" or a very useful "War with Germany" for instant war declaration.

Add the focus to claim to be the sucessor to rome once they capture the capital of france, spain, portugal, switzerland, yugoslavia, greece, albania, turkey, and bulgaria

Reminder that it should just account for the CAPITAL province being CONTROLLED, as the current criteria is far too harsh
