i think you can still spawn it, even if you dont have the dlc, snd it will still have the cockpit. i think

its the cockpit. so technically you could swap it out for the standard one, but it wouldn't be as nice

it will likely be made into a mod at some point. between its 2 batteries and full hydrogen engine, its got more than an hour of use before you need to refuel, so adding ice seems unnecessary

I should specify its a blueprint in the title

Its just a blue print, wish i could spawn with it.

Needs to have the wheel speed tuned down and some ice added, otherwise seems like a nice potential respawn rover/truck thingy
