Fixed the couriers (and hopefully bots) while updating to 7.23e.

only way to play with bots is all random, is there a way with normal pick? when i try bots are stuck on picks and they dont get a hero at all no matter how much time you wait

the chain frost bug is a visual one with the projectile being invisible on most bounces. Seems to happen quite frequently :/

Pls fix the liches aganims, it doesnt seem to be infinite jumps, also dont touch the timber he can be countered and the mode is not about the balance, if you change anything its how WW strong early cuz of her global spammable ability, its little overtuned
