You will automatically have the badge once you install the mod. It's in the menu with all the other badges.

Most people wouldn't want to spend pons on a badge like this, myself included. However, i remember there being a mod that allows you to throw away pons. You can use a mod like that to "buy" the badge for any amount you want. Like removing an amount of pons before using the mod, it has basically the same effect.

It does nothing when the roulette is empty, if you then install a mod that add something it will open the roulette.

Hmm, that is a good point. There are a few mods that add to the roulette, which is kind of a bummer.

You could use this to cheat but i made it for other mods that add things to the rift roulette so i wouldn't have to get more tokens, that's sort of cheating but not really.

i'm an idiot, i tested it with this mod https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1642792954&searchtext=enablecheats+by+default turned on, at first it only worked if you had that mod, it should work properly now (you do have to turn off online if you don't have that mod so i recommend installing it).
