@party I am sorry, but the error I've found is caused by EasyChat. Roll the Dice uses the Player:Say (https://wiki.facepunch.com/gmod/Player:Say) built-in function, but EasyChat seems to overwrite it with a custom function or handles the function differently. For it to work properly, they'd need to add support for the mentioned function.

It's in the spawn menu (Q), under Utilities/Admin/RTD Settings. The last picture also demonstrates this :)

how do i get to the menu where i can enable/disable the rolls

Hello, it's where other serverside settings are: under Utilities/Admin. This menu is not available in some gamemodes, but using console commands should work everywhere.
