actually modding doesn't even remotely work right now, playing as tainted characters just defaults to isaac with no health and kills you instantly, i get random crashes constantly, modding just does not work

Yeah, it was expected. But give it some time, it'll clear up. I'd imagine just about everyone is scattering like that one scene in Rattatouie where all the rats are going in different directions. Eventually things will be back in order and things'll settle

Yeah that's sort of the big feeling right now, I get that man. I think in time Dot will get things working if things are horking up with the update, he is still very active.

oh cool. but there's a lotta mods i have that i'm worried won't work at all
for example
the kinda classic music mod absolutely does not work with repentance
its broken to all hell and its never been updated and also the user who made it has their provile privated so im super screwed

If you're not a fan of the spinning you can always search up "Crown Of Diamonds" on the workshop, I use that one, but this one looks really nice too
