Does this work with Sparking Swings, Master of Sparks, Firebrand or Venom Coating?

I would appreciate a list of affected spells too.

If it affects for example Fireball or Electric Discharge (“non-weapon spells” as per description), it would be pretty unbalanced and would make Mage builds obsolete.
