As of 23rd Feb 2023 this works with 1212AD, even with an imperium removal mod also in place. Just make sure it's the first mod in the list

Does not work with 1212. I've tried placing it at the top of the load order and at the bottom of the load order with no change in PO.

It works with the 1212 mod, making it more playable for a freaking change.
