Thanks for the reply. Yeah, I don't have any anarchy mods. The funny thing is, I keep going back to the standard interchanges, because they work in the most situations, and generally take the least room. I only mod the one section just before entering an exit ramp or just after entering the freeway to allow room for traffic to merge. All kind of boring, but I got tired of trying to force things to fit and winding up with really wonky looking interchanges for all my efforts.

sorry to hear that, mabe it only works with Anarchy mode. Anyway its trash in game cuz traffic gets congested on steep turns.

Unfortunately, I cannot get it to load. Loading Screen Mod says Four-Lane Highway Eleveated and Four-Lane Highway are missing.
