@Lord of Arendelle: It's available from 1850 through to 2100. If you're having trouble finding it, the icon is a white bar with a red 'CC' on it, and it should be located at the very top of the carriages section (along with any other brake van, cabooses, canteens or any other carriages with no capacity)

Flying Scotsman's double tender config was only developed in preservation to gain longer non stop range on the main line after BR removed the water trough scoop pick-up system from the tracks in the early 1970s. Some of the early diesel locos also used the troughs to gather water for their steam heating boilers, so they lasted beyond the end of steam haulage. Eventually steam heating of carriages ceased and there was no longer any need to pick up water on the move. The CORRIDOR tender was the innovation that allowed longer non stop segments in the steam era, by allowing a crew change en route.

and by both i mean this mod and the A1/A3 expansion mod kinda wondered who would try to add in the double tendered A3 as i said before i only knew of the scotsman having a double tender but then again im no train buff

TheFreddiest Boi thanks for informing me it wasnt a mistake of mine exactly just me being alittle misinformed on how used the double tender system was for the A3 locomotive and Gr1m how does this effect the mod its the locomotive in your picture its the A3 expansion mod of yours im glad you did both i really like your mods and i havent changed anything but i have added all your english rolling stock into a modpack along with other modders im sorry for the confusion.

@Bocaan I’m actual fact, the A3s had double tenders during their reign of the ECML. They were used to make the service nonstop.

i think you created a A3 double tender right and as far as i know the only double tender A3 there ever was is the flyingscotsman during its american tour :) of which i own as a model :)
