wait so does this mod replace an already existing heli model that shoots the airliner, or does this just add that in? i want to get this, but im kinda afraid it might overwrite its model on all the helis (ex. the one you escape in in one of the campaigns)

I haven't been able to do any recording for the alternate version with pilots voice since I've been busy at work lately. We've been in crunch mode for a project we're deploying. Once things settle down I'll be able to work on the voice recording.

yh i get it, i think it's just "more pleasant" to see the whole tracer of the missile, so you can track it down and see when it explodes.

@黒Fratello di Rocker狼 - This is more of my preference since (apart from the blue color that I use on a different mod), the launch particles and lack of trailer smoke particles makes it more realistic. Video games, TV, and movies never portray missile and rocket launch signatures properly. Yes during the initial launch you see launch plume but once the projectile is on its way, there's no smoke trail. Reason for this is smokeless motors.

GRY is the one that did the particles and model work. I just did the sounds. I am using a particle mod but I'll have to check which one after work today.

I think it would be cool.
Also as i mentioned in the original mod, any particles mod that replace the "tanker_explosion" particle file will not show the white tracers of the missiles.
However i really like the sounds of the missiles, nice work!
Also, if you are actually using a particle mod can you tell me which one is it?

I'm considering doing an alternate version where you can hear the pilots of the Apache Longbow talking over radio. Would you guys be interested in seeing that version?
