I feel like this would be better without the hour of start up lag on every move

so far this seems like the best jotaro character out of them all. it just needs two things. 1 a costume spawn platform and 2 a costume victory song.

Frankly this is great but im really sad it has an impossible to ignore flaw, He is too big. There is a matching dio to this that has a size similar to the other characters which works. This jotaro towers over the largest characters. If he was smaller id feel ok using him

He doesn't have a spawn platform. Could you update it to at least make it not a big X when he respawns?

Taunt really needed the voice clip imo, original was way too slow, glad you sped it up, wish the
character portrait was better though. Waaay better than the original, hands down.

Literally the best part about this is the fact you added that line to his taunt. You're a freaking godsend for that.
