If you want to check it out in singleplayer press F3 and type "open VNTE-NeonRedux" then hit ENTER
Otherwise look in the server browser for servers that run it.

One of best maps of RS2, urban warfare is even better than on Saigon and the nocturnal feeling is so frickin good.

Ded did update his server, you should now be able to join without any issue.

This usually means that either you or the server didn't get the most recent version
Was there a download message uppon joining?
Did you subscribe to the workshop item?.
You could try to clear your cache and unsubscribe/resubscribe to the SWS item.

I have this map running on campaign. The tickets seem to have bugged. 10k defenders vs 500 attackers. If you could look into it I would appreciate it.
