Since this mod uses the zombie rag-doll physics, and the zombie physics has no head movement, head movement is impossible when using this mod.

@JensaiSujo The blood particles are from MysterAC's Particles addon. Unfortunately, I can't link you at the moment since I'm on mobile.

@beaner man The reason it only works with valve models is because we're only really able to replace the physics of models with the default Valve Biped skeleton. Other models, like zombies, vortigaunts, ans other custom models, don't use the default valve biped, therefore aren't replaced. Unfortunately, there are limitations.
