For the submission it registers my local time (Europe) which was October 8 around 7am. At that hour I started the submission process which was midnight of Oct. the 7th in Seattle and like for every Valve held contest, event or similar their timezone is the one of reference. It took around 1-2 hours to submit 20 stickers (I have to do it 1 by 1).
The collection was set on private until Friday the 11th which was the day when I finished the presentation for the stickers, making it public by then! :)
Anyway, that's your call to leave the design that way if *you* like it that way and Valve's decision to approve it eventually.
I've just made my opinion and thoughts about this specific one, since it's quite a sensitive subject and not just for Germans, but for other nations and religions as well.
So just think about that.
And still, I think that's a great design and in my opinion you've got one of the most successful workshop designs in the CSGO workshop community.

However, I'm not German and it still bothers me.
Think about it this way - if only 10 people have shown their concerns about the resemblance of that symbol by commenting on your post, imagine how many other people it can bother, people that never checked or went into the community workshop to vote or comment on people's works and still play CSGO and buy stickers and skins.
10 people out of who knows how many.
This sticker has well over 60,000 unique visitors and only less than 10 brought up the "SS", most of them german so I can understand their concern. But way more german players have seen it as well and have no issues with it whatsoever so I think it's just not worth it to change the design just because a vocal minority see stuff that isn't there.
