I actually am building a HV that is based on the Ferroghini, so I can assure you, that the Ferroghini will move again after putting in a Tier 2 Ext. ;) Yeah, I usually build HVs with a back door. But on this design it was not possible, ^^

That might be exactly the solution I need. I will definitely check it out as soon as I get a minute.
I've used a roof hatch myself before and it is also handy for flying a drone out of too, but I usually put a door on the back as well. No big deal, I'm only messing about. (at the moment)
If I T2X is all I need, I'll probably do that next session.

@Mr Eon! Thanks for the reply. It obviously seems that you haven't played the game in a while, indeed. ;) Add a Tier 2 extender block to the vesel, and it should move fine again. As for the drone hatch: usually I got no problem exiting the vessel by repeatedly hit or just hold the space bar and move forward. Yes the game has changed a lot meanwhile. If you can afford a tier 2 HV you might as well already have a jetpack equipped in the game. Try out! ;)

I'll grant you - its ages since I played, so there may well be some misunderstanding of flight characteristics on my part - however, although I like the look, I found it flew like a pound of lard.
So, unless I can figure that out and either modify it or pilot it more elegantly. It is no use to me.
Shame though, because I liked the design.
The other issue was getting out. Fair enough, I figured you walk across the bonnet to the roof and fall in, but without a suit (& jet pack) you might not get out so easily.
Happy to stand corrected here - as I said a while since I played, so I am very rusty and the game has no doubt been updated by at least a couple of versions since I was a regular player.

Thank you, Katzilla, jmo and 摧毀平! :) Regarding the front thrusters: I don´t know. When I released this vessel for Alpha 10, thrusters couldn´t get blocked by obstacles. Maybe meanwhile with a new update that has changed.

I love the design . i am having an issue saying the front thrusters are blocked . Is there a work around ? thx

This is a really nice design, looks great in game, the interior is done well, it's quite a large HV but still excellent work.

@Tracker: you could copy / paste the build within the building command in creative mode onto a SV core. There are videos on youtube showing how that works.
