why tf is there missing textures and a fuck ton of errors?

I get a major FPS drop when looking at the hotel area by spawn. Not just singleplayer either, but on a gmod server as well.

Im talking a 70 FPS Drop

tried to play hide 'n seek but the hiders' spawn was on the 2nd floor of a building and the seeker spawned on the square (had to add jumppads)
