Still wish there was a way to add this model to a ship, as opposed to using this as a specific craft.
but you should try to find the space engine folder yourself if it not 314650. it's a bit strange that it's not for you. You should be good after you found the first one (if you found it) to find 1881408567.
I can't help you more.
@Ribleshark - Thanks dude.
I managed to make it work.
You will need 7zip to do the manipulation, nothing too complicated.
Go to Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\314650\1881408567. Open with 7zip or an other program ,
HeavyFighterCockpit.pak in that : textures\spacecraft\HeavyCockpit.sml
delete that
Material "HvyFtrGlassSG_NonPBR"
{
DiffColorScale (1 1 1)
SpecColorScale (1 1 1)
SpecPower 0
DiffMap "transp.*"
DiffMapAlpha "Transp.*"
}
then make sure it saved in the archive
you should be good
It's like the cockpit windows are now a one way mirror, fromthe outside nothing's wrong, but from the inside I can only see black. Both this and light fighter cockpit have the same issue, and both PBR and regular.
Some scenes.
Can this be added? There is a better view.
