i put it now too the bottom but when i make a new one it still isn't appearing and the one on the ground is all black and glossy

No, I just checked and I didn't forward any changes on accident from another one of my mods that added the "police jacket" So it should be fine. Try changing it in the load order, if its near the top, try putting it at the bottom and see what happens, if its at the bottom just try putting it at the top.

hmm i assume its this mod since it never happened before but when i make plate jacket its missing its texture and crashes the game when picked up

I'm not actually familiar with this mod and I generally won't make mods for other mods, on a rare occasion I might though. However with this one, probably won't any time soon.

Interesting... Well ill see what I can do. Maybe just Remove everything in this mod and just start the merging again. But under the same mod so it updates this one. Thank you for your help. It will be on my mod page now :D

Yeah Its due to the fact that i uploaded the most recent version in experimental which all of my mods have been so why its happening now idk. So i will quickly upload them in non experimental. please after the update if this problem continues i can revert though steam. But no more updates can happen if it still dosnt work

Same problem here. Opening the mod file in the modding tool results in an error that the modfile is corrupted.

Sorry For Super Late Response. It Would Be Possible, But Because The Mod Adds New Armors, You Would Have To Change Every Value Seperately As I Did With This Mod. (Took Days, But They Were My First Mods And I Didn't Know What To Change At The Time, But It will Really Just Take Hours)

This is my new favorite rebalance mod for gear, really enjoying all the changes.

I wish there was a patch for all the new gear added by the Universal Wasteland Expansion mod, although I understand that would be a lot of work. The mod really helps flesh out the united cities, holy nation, and even the hiver's with a lot of new armor options.
