The dragon head at least changed the design to be more appealing despite obviously being stylized the same way and based off the old one so it's not so bad but the other two are more or less 1:1 copies

It's a coincidence, don't worry about it! Lots of similar item ideas out there sadly, I'm sure the same could be said for many items. For example, the famous 2 eagles or the many tricornes/bicornes.
