Wish I had read the comment as I have the same problem, but knowing you did not respond to his comment, you will not respond to mine "I have both of these DLC's and it still says I don't have the Engine" confirmed and its to bad...

Despite having the two DLCs mentioned to add this car, the game unfortunately says that i dont have the DLC for the engine "V8 HEMI B". But other than that, i'm having fun with this huge selection of cars. Thank you for taking the time, making them. :)
