this mod is awesome, is there anything similar to it where instead of player swapping, you could swap with a (maybe stored in the void) other character at any time with a keybind? i would love to be able to "play" as 3 different characters, like wickerbottom wormwood and willow, so i could swap to a combat character, then to other characters for farming or utility!

Hey guys, nice mod! I was talking to a friend about how another gem would work better than the green one for crafting this structure and we thought the Iridescent Gem could be a great crafting option, perhaps a "hard" setup.

the ability to have several *bodies* has lost its relevance

It works. Would it be possible to make "alternative" body for one player to swap? So two players would be able to have 4 characters?

Did it happen with you, that one day you’re tired of playing for a chosen character? Maybe, you'll want to play for someone else? For example, who your teammate is playing now? But you do not want to abandon the game, or completely change the character through the celestial portal (especially in the early stages of the game, when you do not have enough diverse resources). it happened with me sometimes, and I just change my pers with someone of my friends,
and so I can change game style for a while.
This mod gives you the possibility to exchange characters with one of your teammates. I hope I can answer your question. And I hope you enjoy our mod!

This is not a cheat mod, and it is not a celestial portal. A mod doesn’t change your character to another, it change your character with character of another player (well, yes, you need to play with someone of course, but DST is TOGETHER, right?) Also, all your knowledge (character's) will be replaced by knowledge of who you play with (second player), including recipes and an explored map. The celestial portal doesn't give you this.
You can change characters already in the very early stages of the game. And you can exchange again at anytime, without running to the portal and spending more resources.

TheEPIC_Knight : no cheat. There is no way to spawn new character.
