I'm assuming this is unintentional, i just thought i'd bring it up in case this is a bug but basically everything else about her is perfect! :D Great job!
Edit: i noticed up air also doesn't have a hit sound.
I'll maybe make small balances changes if they're requested but don't expect any big changes anytime soon, I've gotten tired of small fixes and am working on a new character. So look forward to that instead!
although the jab combo being able to kill someone off the side at a tiny bit over 40% when near ledge is a bit OP imo
Basic changelog:
-up-b better
-Specials use differing amounts of meter now, and specials that didn't change with meter are fixed
-Down-B noticeably better because of this
-F-special connects better (in my experience), has slightly toned down KB when a stray hit connects (as a circumstance of connecting better)
-Resized to better fit in with the other RCG characters
In case anyone's wondering, I don't have any plans to do Kunio as of now, but if people really want me to I will.
If the developers of the other RCG characters want to steal the meter I stole they're welcome to do so! I'm also down to collab.
Aseprite was used for making the outline, It's a great cheap program that's great for Rivals Modding.
Expect colors and sounds in the near future! (As well as more charcaters :0)
I might suggest upping her up special height when you don't have enough charge, I feel it's a bit low. Also the down special doesn't seem to change when you have enough meter.
Also, adding the sound clips from RCG (see the Kyoko and Riki mods already on the workshop) would go a long way too.
