I'm pretty sure this no longer works? I've tried a few times now and it never gets any visitors. It used to work, but was probably broken by an update?

Hello - I love this Gym and use it often, I have an issue that I started playing cosmonaut mode and placed it with a mud road, but then I wanted to upgrade and it caused it to be unusable until the upgrade was done so I propose adding a foot path in the front (lets call it a bike path too)

Could you please add that - or another version with a path ? thank you

A very useful building, but should be nerfed imho. Currently it leaves no chances to the standard football field.

I am probably showing my beginner credentials, so sorry for that. It has a reasonably large footprint and being able to access it as a pedestrian from another direction (the opposite side) would assist the way I layout. It is a great asset, well done.

Great work Sebastian, it has a lovely authentic feel to it! Just the kind of asset I like to use. It would be great if we could add more pedestrian 360 access given the size of the footprint please? Is that possible, that would be make a regular feature as a sports facility in my communities.

Ja, für den Realismus hätte ich es auch entsprechend eingeschätzt. Allerdings soll die Turnhalle ja nicht plötzlich alle Sportbedürfnisse einer Metropole stillen und damit alle anderen Optionen in schlechtem Licht erscheinen lassen.

Ich dachte an meine Schulzeit zurück. Dort waren gut und gerne mal 4 Schulklassen á 20 Schüler.
Das Stadium mit 90 Personen ist etwas zu unterdimensioniert vermutlich, aber im Sinne des Balancing kann ich es bedenken beim nächsten Update.

Danke. Ich würde jedoch empfehlen die Hallengröße etwas zu begrenzen und nur ca. 30-50 Genossen zum Bodenturnen zuzulassen. ;)
Das Stadion was es gibt hat eine Kapazität von 90 und der Fußballplatz hat 22. Mit einem Wert in der Mitte würde das Gebäude sehr schön ins Balancing passen. :)

At my school we had it very similar, but even bigger! It was built in mid-80s so no wonder it looks similar...

"Wo hättet ihr sie denn gerne", wenn Du ernsthaft das fragst dann würde ich vorschlagen mittig wo jetzt die Fußanbindung ist und diese je rts / lks an der Bodenpatte. Aber ich denke Du wirst es schon richten auf jedenfall bedanke ich mich schonmal für Dein einlenken....

Sanierung Sporthalle Jan-Petersen-Str. 18 b (12679 Berlin) und nun wird sie saniert.

mag sein. Es ist schlichtweg unrealistisch. Keinerlei Sporthallen sind ohne Straßenanbindung zu erreichen. Egal, es ist Dein Produkt ......

Straßenanbindung ist nicht unbedingt nötig, da kein Güterverkehr stattfindet.
Wird die denn gewünscht? Sie vergrößert in meiner Sicht nur unnötig den Fußabdruck vom Gebäude.

-> Roadconnection is (in my mind) not necessary because there is no freight or any traffic at all needed.
Is that needed at all? I think the roadconnection just enlarges the footprint of the building making it bigger and in need for more space.

finde ich gut das neue Buildings im Angebot sind. Hat es einen Sinn das die Strassenanbindung fehlt. Ich finde nur Fußanbindung fehlt mir etwas

lol... swimming hall was postponed because of lack of ideas to animate the water.
I´m waiting for that issue to be looked at by the devs. :)

But it´s not forgotten. ;-)
