Don't bother downloading, it's just a "readme" file with a download link that requires a "request access to download" for google drive.

The Music is bound to your Sound Option and Not the L4D2 ingame Sound Options.
I know it sounds goffy but that is how Valve made it.

Thank, that was hard time to me, was to edit the menu of L4D2.
And normal Menü after video (of Hatsune Miku) changed.

1. 下载安装winrar： http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm ]
2. 下载mod里自带文件（需要翻墙挂代理下载）[链接: https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B5c88zg0Ue9ydm9VTlk2a1dTblk/edit?usp=sharing ]
3. 用winrar将里面.blink文件替换游戏自带的[\Steam\steamapps\common\left 4 dead 2\media\]

ps:the .bink is hard for chinese to download (google drive has been blocked in China),we expect the author to upload the file in a web drive that is available in China (such as {链接已删除} or kuai.xunlei.com)

it is very easy actually
1.Subscribe the background(Download)
2.Install GCFScrape
3.use GCFScrape to open the folder Computer/Local Disk/Program Files or Program Files(x84)
/Steam/SteamApps/Common/Left4dead2/left4dead2/addons/workshop (look for a file that is Exactly 10kb)
4.Open the 10kb file.
5.Install Winrar
6.Go to the redial background download link and install the file
7.Go to Computer/Local Disk/Program Files or Program Files(x84)/Steam/SteamApps/Common/Left4dead2/left4dead2/Media
8.Backup the old files named:(in Case you need them again)
l4d2_background01.bik
l4d2_background02.bik
l4d2_background03.bik
l4d2_background04.bik
l4d2_background05.bik
9.Extract the files from Winrar (redial Background) and put in the media file.
10.Copy and Paste the file 4 times
11.Rename the files to:
l4d2_background01.bik
l4d2_background02.bik
l4d2_background03.bik
l4d2_background04.bik
l4d2_background05.bik
11.DONE!!!!
