To everybody saying to shrink him: He probably can't or at least it is very hard. The sprite is from jjba heritage for the future if anybody thinks they can do better.

A good attempt, but like a lot of people have said, the scaling is off. You should look into seeing if his sprites from Jump Ultimate Stars would work better in Rivals
