@ErwinsArm Your opponent has to be at a certain % based on their weight. The Hud tells you when the move will activate.

Igaiari: Down Special is based on a custom formula, but I will update soon to make it work based on if the attack would galaxy.

@strawberry forest, yeah spawning invisible is a bug if you die when setting attacks.
But it only happens in a casual mode so I'm not going to stress over it.

Plague Gimmick added:
Each time you hit an opponent they get a layer of plague, and their timer goes back to 0.
[Timer] Every 20 frames 1 layer is removed
[Layer] Each layer adds 1 damage to all of Rat's move except for NSPECIAL
[Multiplayer] Rat's can stack their plague on to an opponent.
[Opponent Parry] Removes all Plague from that opponent.

It says it in the Change Notes.

@Restlesssucc Each layer of plague lasts for 20 frames so moves like FAIR, UTILT should showcase plague in a better light.
