are the uc faction color for the samurais in this mod?

where i can chane the color data of a character? i dont see anything

So what exactly does this mod do? There's 3 varieties of every item now. Regular, alt. coloured and coloured.
But most alt. coloured items seem to be the exact same. Some of them are different, so I'm guessing the mod is in fact working, but most aren't

Hi and many thanks for this mod. I just made my own mod with custom NPCs with color maps (it's not in the workshop, there are already quite a few different mods that add ways to color gear) and was searching for more dyeable armor.
Do you still work on custom color maps for certain armor pieces? Some are just completely tinted in color while others seem to have only some parts which are dyed, which looks much better imho.
I also stumbled upon a problem: I made iron hats in the varieties "colored" and "alt. colored", but although they look different in the Inventory, they both look the same on the character. Is there an issue with the color maps?
Since they both wear colored rags of the same color, this may also be the reason, like you stated in "known issues"

Seems that Swamp Ninja Rags and Ninja Rags have been merged into 1 with this mod as well. Also noticed that Crab Trousers seems to be added to clothing bench by mistake.

PSA: The colorable version of "Samurai Clothpants" is named, "Dyed Clothpants" (the word "Samurai" is dropped). This is slightly different from the way other clothing is named in this mod, so I kept overlooking the blueprint.

Found problem with Hachigane. It will color the metal piece

Hey just wanted to let you to know I think Plated Longboots Color / Alt. Color blueprints are bugged. I checked FCS and they weren't listed under Buildings>Functionality>Armor Plate.

So would i be able to make a purple ashlander hat? with a custom purple?

Can I dye samurai chest armor with this?

If I had subscribed to this one before, it might be the reason, I getting a lot of armour and clothing that suddenly turn a green and red colour. As you say, this one has a issue where that happens maybe because I the same mod. I won't subscribe just yet. Because, I am already having that problem.

In case anyone would like COLOURED ninja masks to be light armour, I've made a small patch for that!

Step 1 - Make sure you are working with colorable armor - it will work if it says (colored) in the name.

Step 2 - Make sure you have a character that can apply color. You can use mods for this, or you can check the Reddit link at the bottom of the description for info on NPCs you can use

Step 3 - Equip the colorable armor to the color-applying character.
