it's a nice character but i really feel it's kinda too strong with his ball thingy, played against him with another "ball" gimmick character, bat bat. and i just couldn't do anything, his ball is very fast and doesn't have much counterplay. bat bat's ball has very predictable movement and can be easily parried for a stun and it disappears. Idk it's either this one being strong or bat bat is bad but on that matchup i couldn't do nothing

This has got to be my favourite ever character, tons of creative gimmicks built into a complete, functional character. Bit of a bummer that you can't spam side b anymore without first recalling the star, but I can see the choice. Overall 10/10

Sometimes characters are weird but good.

This is not one of those characters. He functions really... weird. He's overall just tedious to use and not fun to play as.

I love him but why is his down special so fragile? It's one of few abilities that benefit both you and your enemy so i don't get why it breaks after 1-2 enemy attacks or why it's triggered by his recovery at all. If Chef had it in his kit it could be quite problematic, but R-00 kit is focused more on his n special, than wall synergy. Summoning it every 5 seconds is just annoying, considering that most of the time you are busy with his momentum shifts anyway.

there are a few minor issues i have found:
1) low killpower: i dont know if this was a design choice, but this character seems to only kill at absurdly high percents (eg.150%). Many of the kill moves seem inconsistent or have very small sweet spots such as F-air and up heavy, as well as F-heavy being very underwhelming. i think maybe if you could increase the launch power or hitbox sizes this could help massively as i find a lot of the time i barely miss killing or hit weak when it looks like it will be strong
2) there is a commonly occuring bug (or at least i think it is) where when the orb is greyed out, sometimes it does not respond to recall. I don't think it is intentional as usually i can recall when grey, but sometimes i have been screwed over by orb not accelerating as it's usual recall speed
Still however this character is amazing and possibly my favourite (balanced) workshop one ^w^

@TheCubicalGuy It now only bounces enemies when they are in hitstun. Was a bit too easy to wall people out before lol. If it's not even doing that let me know!
