I also suggest looking into the Industrial Engineering Modpack's description, as there is info on how to overwrite a world mod with another one (or the default one)

checked each mod in game, (removing a mod, re-loading, repeat)
removed this mod, no more water
made a new world with this mod only
and there's water...
You can try verifying game files. That makes sure everything is up to date without actually removing the game. Though, if you are using any of the dll fixes, you will need to install them again of course.

when i get my train server up i am going to be using the shiz out of these mods to make trains for my players to use.
Also, we might try some experiments with rope retexturing for them to look at least a bit better.
try to spawn a train or car it complains and says you are missing several mods and lists like a dozen or more one needs to get these to work
