Before I had even downloaded this mod, I was going to blindly ask you to make it so the run only triggers when wearing the headband. You did me one better and made so only if wearing the costumes. (Maybe it's just a bug, but if it isn't, good on you!)

It's supposed to be like that when you have the config option enabled, you can turn it off by going into Mods > Naruto > Config > Disable Narutorrun replacement (the animation will still play when the naruto costumes are being worn)

when i started the mod the running animation replaced even when i wear other sprint hat is it supposed to be like that? or only when i wear the naruto outfit????

I have not tried it yet but does it use UpdateAnimations after adding AnimSet?

You can have the animation apply only to either with the costumes or to everything in the config menu
