The original author Kyro took the pictures I just copied them when I fixed it for v1.30
At a guess, i'd say he used a map font addon alongside this

I've had a quick look at "More Opacity" and uploaded a fix at - https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1976651882

I dont use it myself, but it looks like the pictures on original mod page, can anyone who uses it confirm this is OK?

it would work just fine (without the water color that is) if the continent shadows were removed
