+ Fix mod now can play with current verision of the game (1.11.10)

- Thing that have to been remove due to cause massive lag issue will re add back again when find why to optimize it

-----> Trails Upgrade In General/Admiral
-----> Retrofit Ship girls

+ The thing will be add in future

-----> The ship that came out since PR3 and Skins

They still have many thing to fix but for now it can run it
