They changed the equip region so you can´t equip hats with it I think

Nope, you take what you can get though haha. The spy doesn't show any skin on his body anyways without his head, so its not a huuuuuge loss

Yeah, i got an email saying it was taken down for "reported violations of the Steam Community & Content Guidelines". No idea why, hopefully it can be fixed soon; i sent an appeal to Steam support about it
