I have tried this guy's parking lots, they are perfect, realistic costs, entertainment values/ranges, and they look good. My only gripe is that depending on the side of the road you're placing them, their alignment might not look quite right, but they are functional. I highly recommend all of these parking lots.

I know there are a lot of Parking lot assets in the workshop to choose from. But I feel subscribing to one author who has everything oneight need is a better choice. Plus yours are simple, clean parkimg lots without any other props. Some authors who do place props on their lots oftentimes forget that they might have used custom props and LSM dislikes that.
