I love the look of this building, the only issue is it's locked to Lv2 and doesn't upgrade - despite looking good enough to stay the same until Lv5. I'm new to C:S mods, is there a way to make this usable for all upgrade levels? Thanks!

No. But maybe some prop were used from DLC - Green Cities. But if you have not this DLS, then there should not be any mistakes, just these props will not be downloaded.

Wondering if this one has some depenceny assets?

This is great! I've been looking for this kind of "normal" building for a long time. There are a lots of buildings like these in many cities, but asset creators seem to forget that (understandable). Thanks for making this!
