this is a modders rescource for mod makers. it's for mod makers. it is useless for a normal skyrim player

So, if I understand you correctly, I would be able to improve on a house or basement to make make it function more to my liking. This could be performed in game? If I don't like the furniture, I would delete the old and replace it with the item/s from this mod.

it should be in your data folder and the cell is either called modders rescource or utility room

@saunders.bryan if its creation kit you are looking for if u go uo to the libary tac and go to the tool tab creation kit should be in that list.
