This looks like fun! I remember going there with I was in elementary school, Looks pretty accurate!

This is one of my favorite custom maps. It's not beginner friendly but that's part of it's charm.

I am unable to use the landscaping tool on this map. It will pop up but nothing happens. Is there a fix for this? I would really love to use this map, I think it's great, but not being able to make terrain adjustments is kind of a deal breaker for me.

my game crashes every time I try to load this map. I have 81 tiles and all DLC.

I've played a lot of maps in my time, but this one has to be the best looking map I've ever played on. Thanks for sharing it!

I love this area. I'm from central / eastern Washington and definitely is not quite as green in real life, but I like the green you have given this! Been to Grand Coulee Dam once, would love to go again. In the meantime, will be fun to play it in this map!

Exactly how do I get the coosbay theme working for this app, i have it installed but it wont let me use for this map.

#sondgerathk have you tried selecting with Move It mod? I think you are stuck with the prebuilt unless you have that mod.

i cant click on or select the preexisting buildings around the dam...?

#flyingrat I have found that for whatever reason you have to grow your city more before industry demand kicks in, but it will kick in eventually! I think because so many sims can find work at the hydro-dam.

Excellent map (and this is only your 2nd map...). Curently testing. I was just puzzling at the begining since I had no demand for industry for a while. I realized Cims where just happy to work at the big dam.

Why do I have High Tech Buildings DLC, or can't use those buildings, and the dam has to be built by itself?

I would really like to try this map as I used to live there for a time, is there any way for you to make this vanilla?

Could you possibly make this map without the mass transit dlc? If not it's okay.

Brilliant map - there are some really gritty valleys and convoluted road systems to navigate through.

I am don't have the CCP High-tech buildings but the map seems to work fine for me so far

I am missing the high tech DLC but I did not actually try the map I just assume I cant use it without it. Ill give it a try rn.

@Apophis which are you missing? If you have mass transit I would try loading the map to see what it looks like. I don't have a way to test it but I think the map should load basically normally, just missing some of the preplaced dam buildings that are mostly cosmetic.

Slash if anyone else reading this has tried it without the DLC, I am curious what the result was.

I am away from my PC for a bit but I may try to upload a DLC-free version.

@dhhill that theme/LUT combo looks really good! I may have to add a screenshot here suggesting that as well. I just wish I could give the dam a more "weathered concrete" look more so than "cliff". I may need to try out Surface Painter.

I love the map. Thank you. I loaded it immediately with the CoosBay Theme and the Chiaroscuro LUT. This gives it a definite Pacific NW/Eastern Washington feel that makes the map pop! I've been looking for something interesting to build on and this is it! Thanks again!
