Ugh i don't know it's an old mod.
I did a little research and I found it in ( lua/autorun/simple_alchemy.lua )
Line 548, just remove all the hook "loadCustomDarkRPItems"

No I didn't created those models are ripped from Skyrim, by my friend.
And this is the simple mod not the advanced one.

Ah, this look like Skyrim usually used. Mix potion or poison...and take on the enemies or bosses. I'll try to download this if I have a chance but for now I'll wait for a moment.

Although the variety of ingredients and potion effects may be somewhat limited, there is a sense of exploration experimenting with different combinations, and it is gratifying when you find a combination that has multiple benefits. It's this sense of wonder and innovation that we need more of in workshop. Well done!
