I think bandoliers themselves are from base game(DLC?), mod adds Torso Gear option unavailable in base game.
@VincentValen: I guess you meant that in regards of Scorpion? Technically, it wouldn't be a problem - I can find this line on youtube, so it's only a question of me not being lazy. But practically, I feel it would feel too different compared to other lines, both in audio-quality/tune and (unless I forget something) that would be the only f*** for the whole voicepack, so not sure if it would fit with overall "tone"
