7 legacy addons (1 of them is this mod since i tried to put it in my materials folder to replace the metrocop, didnt work)
3 legacy addons are maps
2 of them are prop pack s
and only 1 of them is a models pack however i haven't had it before and the model was still the same
459 files
70% maps
20% weapon models/soldier models
10% actual NPCs (none are reskins, all are models. and none include actual reskins)
note: i have most of these addons disabled

cache and download list cleaned and still the same, i tried to clean up materials folder (in the vpk file) and its still like htis

yeah i realised that too, somethings odd and i've had the skin like this for 1 year now and i cant find any reason for its existance

I can inform you im clear of any metrocop mods that reskin it, i dont really have an interest in NPC models apart from this one cause its neat. i will try the clean up

well uhh why? it just doesnt apply onto the model. its just default texture
