@amorek The "Expanded Lights" mod is the culprit. Here is an abstract from the description: Tweaked lights - Ceiling Light: Produces 100 DTU/s (down from 500 DTU/s). Additionally, light is cast in a semicircle. Lamp: Consumes 4W (down from 8W) and produces 100 DTU/s (down from 500 DTU/s).

Lights still output 100 DTU, but the wattage is changed

It is not really difficult to make it configurable.
This is from my mod. Just have to add properties and change a few (like the debug logging and namespace)

Then just call the properties in your main code.

Take a look at Cairath's Cailib Tool Set to get you on your way. Download it from the Github. Gives you tools to have a JSON config.

i could do that if i tried. But the long and short of it is that making a configurable mod is hard as ♥♥♥♥ to what i'm used to and making a simple mod and then another of it is relatively easy. I'll try and see how you make that kind of thing today.

instead of multiple mods, why not make it configurable.
