I also have problems with the mod. In the launcher it says "This mod is missing the archive file" and "This mod requires game version 1.7.1". If launch the mod all units have their default US uniforms.

Every uniform selection is either the default uniform or the default US uniform, the other nations work fine

How do I delete a MI2: -United States of America- "Local Mod"? If I resub to the one in the MI2 list it adds a new line as a "Steam Mod". The one listed as "Local Mod" doesn't work and I can't get rid of it.

and can you fix the problem with the horses. if i scroll very near to the country, the horses are very big for a second and after its normally...i think this is a problem for all of your skin mods

@McNaughton -- Only two don't work now; The Waking the Tiger & the United States of America. Last night, at least 6 or 7 or so wouldn't allow activation. Now it's down to 2 (at least for me)

I installed this mod and the generic mod. My American soldiers seem to be using the French skin (I am only running the USA and generic skin so idk why) I can tell because of the the french "mohawk" helmet design. Any help?

@slawek.zarczynski, it is a graphics mod, all I do for updating it is to change a file in the mod directory reading 1.7.1 to 1.8.1, that is all. It is a message for mods that affect things like technologies, or starting systems, that are affected by new data or revised files that will cause errors. 90% of all graphics mods (all that are achievement allowable) are not affected by an update and do not have to be updated to work perfectly fine.

@ McNaughton, Thank you for the answer, but I don't understand you. For me, this mod does not work, different textures overlap with the graphics depicting divisions. At the start of the game there is a message that the mod are not compatible with version 1.8.1 and errors may occur. I note that I am using the Mac OS X version of the game.
